  • Quality training over quantity training.
  • Eat & drink before you are hungry or thirsty.
  • Correct bike fit is extremely important, right size and style for you.
  • Maintain your bike equipment, regular servicing and cleaning.
  • Wear specific cycling clothing.
  • Dress and prepare for all riding conditions during colder months.
  • Safety is very important, so always have a flashing taillight and headlight in dim or dark conditions.
  • Stretching after training sessions.
  • Resting from intense training is just as important as the intense training completed.
