First of all, can I start with a massive thank you to everyone (riders, event marshals and volunteers) who came out to support our club tour on the weekend.  The general consensus seamed to be that everyone had a good time racing.  We had a number of riders come from other clubs and their responses were very positive and they certainly indicted that they would love to come back.  So well done to all involved.  I personally appreciate the time and effort that is being put in to make our club bigger and better.

A major accident on Saturday involving Cam Stewart and Shane Miller put a dampener on the day.  Cam is ok, he just has a few sore spots and a bit of skin off.  Shane on the other hand, has a collar bone broken in 2 places and a fractured pelvis.  We all wish Shane a speedy recovery and hope to see him back in the not too distant future.  I will
endeavour to update everyone on his condition as soon as possible.

Sunday came round and we had another accident (not a good weekend).   Most of you know that both Steve Peatling and Brad Young came down.   I have spoken with both Steve and Brad today and they are both ok.  Steve has a bit of skin off and Brad has few stitches in his chin and a small fracture in his jawbone.  Both will be back bigger and better in no time.
