What is Myotherapy?

Myotherapy is a multi-skilled physical therapy that involves the assessment and physical treatment of myofascial pain, injury and dysfunction that affects movement and mobility. Myotherapy is applied in the preventative, corrective and rehabilitative phases of therapy to restore and maintain the normal integrity of the soft tissue structures (muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia) of the human body.

Ryan is also an Elite Road Cyclist and therefore understands the needs and desires both the General Public and Elite Athletes.
