A numbr of GCC's Junior riders headed to Wangaratta for the Victorian Junior Championships last weekend.

Jamie Leigh Edwards came away with a great result, third in the Junior women's 19 road race. Jamie broke away with 2 other girls on the 57K course and managed to hold off the chasing bunch to the tune of 4 minutes. She finished 35 seconds back from the winner and was narrowly beaten to the silver.

Well done to Jamie and all the GCC juniors taking on the open races.
