Hi all experenced club members. I need your help to understand what makes up an effective indoor training program. I work long hours so very time poor. I can squeeze in some indoor training during the week in addition to a couple of long weekend sessions outdoors but would love to know how to do this in the most effective way. Try not to laugh but I see "Ergo Session" mentioned all the time and everyone seems freaked out by the pain it inflicts but is that simply a session on a indoor trainer with a DVD or is an Ergo are particular piece of equipment? Can someone please recommend the most effective piece of indoor equipment, set up or program to use indoors so I can work towards establishing that environment. All recommendations/suggestions like web links etc greatly appreciated as I would love several perspectives. Has anyone bought the Wattbike? Thank for your feedback and interest.
